Ghanaian songstress Becca has clarified her post of retiring from music early claiming Ghanaians read wrong meaning into it.
According to her, she retiring from music doesn’t mean she has nothing to do with music as some people were saying.
In a recent interview she said her retirement was only to the fact that she isn’t going to record or release new songs.
But she will be performing and therefore any event organizer can book her for performance.
She said “I think a lot of times people don’t read. Now if you saw my post I put in quotes recording…I’m saying that I’m not going to actively record music. When was the last time you saw Daddy Lumba and Amakye Dede, release new music but they’re still two of the highest-paid artistes. I love my fans but they need to also understand that I am a human being and as a human being I have aspirations I would want to achieve.”
