Ex-President Mahama, however noted that, the NDC has been consistent in accepting the results of every elections whether they win or lose, and this time around they might not just do so unless they are convinced it’s a credible election.
Speaking during the 28th-anniversary celebration of the NDC, Mahama Said;
“As leader of the NDC, I wish to serve notice that we shall do all our parts to ensure that our country remains peaceful and that the electoral process proceeds smoothly but let nobody assume that we will accept the results of a flawed elections,”
“And we have a history of accepting results of the elections whenever we have believed in the integrity of the polls.”
Former President Mahama made it clear that the NDC will accept the results of the elections or not if the NDC sees this election as credible and thus by extension.
