This morning, Ghanaians woke up to hear about the sad demise of a New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Yapei Kusowgu constituency in the Savannah Region who is known as Abu Kamara was reportedly perished in a gory motor accident.
Reports circulating online suggests that, the car Abu Kamara was driving was involved in a head-on collision with an articulator truck at the Datayili Police barrier in Temale.
Abu Kamara reportedly died on the spot with an aide, Majeed Kotochi (Young Chief) and another passenger of the car making it three people perishing at the spot.
Their remains have been deposited at the Tamale Teaching hospital for autopsy.
Abu Kamara was gearing up to meet the National Democratic Congress’ John Jinapor in the polls on December 7 but unfortunately, he has passed on with his expectation.
It is really indeed a sad news to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for losing such a prominent aspirant barely two weeks after losing the Mfansteman MP in such an election year but God knows best.
I gathered some rare Photos of Abu Kamara to show to readers how noble his personality is. He was a promising member of Parliament to the Yapei Kusowgu.
