“Parliament Resumes At 10am Not 4am” – NDC MP Mocks ‘Sleeping’ NPP MPs

Social media was set ablaze after a number of photos of the ruling New Patriotic Party’s members of Parliament arrived at the Parliament House this morning as at 4am to occupy the majority seat just like the opposition National Democratic Congress did on January 7th during the swearing in Of Parliamentarians and the Speaker Of Parliament.

In the said photos which as gone viral, a number of MPs of the NPP were seen sleeping tiredly and this have got many Ghanaians taking.

However, NDC’s member of parliament representing Kpando in the Volta Region Of Ghana, Honorable Della Sowah have taken to her Facebook page to mock the NPP MPs for spending their sleeping time in the chamber just to occupy majority seat in parliament.

Taking to facebook, Hon. Sowah shared a photo of a beautiful moment she’s spending with her wife husband while she prepares for parliament. She was seen having her breakfast with her husband as he ‘reminded’ the NPP MPs that, Parliament resumes at 10am not 4am

She wrote: “There’s no point in fighting when the real battle was long gone. I’m home preparing for work. Parliament resumes at 10am not 4am. Do have a great day.”
