The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Election Petition to the Supreme Court of Ghana, over the 2020 Election is currently ongoing as the second court sitting was observed today. The 2020 Election Petition was telecasted live just like how it happened in 2012.The Flag Bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is praying and seeking for a rerun of the 2020 Election after he deemed the Polls to be rigged by the Electoral Commission of Ghana.
On the 30th of December 2020, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) submitted their Petition to the Supreme which they requested an amendment due to some few errors they made in the filled document.
